Eneato Ltd retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, processes, tools, frameworks, templates, systems, techniques, concepts, and general know-how used in delivering our services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by a confidentiality agreement, we may display completed non-confidential work in our portfolio, website, case studies, or marketing materials.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our recommendations or services may involve third-party platforms and services, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment-related platforms, and other software or technology providers.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, service interruptions, security incidents, policy changes, pricing changes, technical limitations, or changes made by third-party providers.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to improve checkout performance, usability, and user experience based on the information and requirements available to us.

However, business outcomes such as revenue, traffic, conversion rates, sales, customer retention, or profitability depend on numerous factors outside our control. Therefore, specific business or financial results cannot be guaranteed.

Subject to applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the total amount paid to Eneato Ltd for that specific service giving rise to the claim.
